Frequently asked questions

Who can enroll with LegalBridge?

LegalBridge currently serves attorneys and legal professionals in the Cayman Islands. Enrollment is self-service: register on the platform, submit your professional credentials, and get verified. Access for attorneys' clients is planned as the platform expands.

How do I activate my Digital ID?

Install Attorney ID application on your mobile device. Sign in to your LegalBridge account, select Digital Identity from the user menu to generate a setup QR code, and scan it with the AttorneyID app. Your digital ID is ready immediately and works entirely offline from that point on.

What happens if my phone is lost or replaced?

Your credential can be revoked and reissued from your LegalBridge account at any time. Issuing a replacement automatically invalidates the previous digital ID.

Does verification work without an internet connection?

The AttorneyID app requires no connection at all after activation — the rotating code is generated on the device. The verifying organization needs platform access to confirm the code.

How long does identity verification remain valid?

Verification is bound to a defined validity period aligned with your professional credentials. The platform notifies you ahead of expiry, and renewal follows the same simple review process.

I can't sign in to my account. What should I do?

Use the password recovery option on the sign-in page first. If you still cannot access your account, contact our support team by email and we will help you promptly.
